The BTS Defense department focuses on supporting clients in the defense area with digital transformation, digitization, Customer First, and Industry 4.0 projects. The company offers international projects for leading clients from the defense industry and is hiring in Wrocław, Poznań, and Gdańsk.
Wymagania
- At least 2 years of experience in IT consulting, designing IT architectures, or implementing IT systems in enterprises, especially in the defense industry
- Experience in analysis, modeling, and process improvement
- Interest in the defense industry and its changes
- Knowledge of current market trends such as Digitalization, Customer First, Industry 4.0
- Good communication skills and ability to engage business partners
- Proficiency in German and English
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to analyze processes, situations, and problems in a structured way and propose solutions focusing on business goals
Obowiązki
- Support clients in the defense area in digital transformation, digitization, Customer First, Industry 4.0, etc.
- Design, plan, and conduct digital transformations in clients' businesses
- Create a bridge between business objectives and IT solutions
- Understand clients' business, challenges, and IT environment
- Propose, design, plan, and help implement new technological solutions or changes in IT landscape
- Define requirements for new IT projects that are implemented by other Capgemini units or external partners
