Strategic Manager of Fleet Poland and Eastern Europe

• Strategic and analytical skills including fleet strategy development, cost optimization, and TCO management.
• Operational excellence ensuring policy compliance across multiple countries.
• Vendor management experience with leasing companies, workshops, and OEMs.
• Stakeholder and cross-functional management collaborating with HR, Finance, and CRES.
• Communication skills with other Fleet Managers and country boards.
• Project and change management experience leading fleet transformations, implementing digital tools and new processes, and rolling out new policies and operational standards.
• Technology and systems skills including experience with fleet management tools (e.g., GAC, Arval, Webfleet, OEM platforms), strong Excel and data-processing skills, and understanding of telematics, EV charging ecosystems, and mobility platforms.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills including handling escalations, crisis management, prioritization, and time management.
• Personal attributes including ownership and accountability, proactivity, continuous improvement mindset, detail orientation with ability to stay strategic, and high adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Driving license category B.

• Manage local fleet operations of approximately 700 vehicles, ensuring full compliance with group fleet policy and alignment with local procurement.
• Maintain and develop operational relationships with key internal stakeholders (Finance, HR, Legal, Workers’ Council, Country Management) and external suppliers managed via local procurement.
• Collect and analyze local market intelligence to support central teams in optimizing fleet conditions and identifying trends impacting taxation and benefit in kind structures.
• Ensure effective implementation of global fleet policy, with all local exceptions formally documented and aligned with local legal and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize local asset management and drive compliance with the global fleet program.
• Benchmark practices and collaborate with other local fleet managers to enhance process efficiency and employee experience.
• Manage local escalations in line with group governance and policy.
