Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with 3+ years in a product owner, product management, or offering-led role.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise data, analytics, AI, or SAP-centric deliveries, products or offerings.
  • Strong capabilities in product strategy, roadmap definition, market analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology into clear, business-focused value propositions.
  • Continuous learner who actively stays current with SAP, data, AI, and cloud platform innovations.

Additional qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • SAP certifications in one or more of the following areas: SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Business AI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW / BW/4HANA, SAP Generative AI Developer.
  • Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or modern data platforms in an SAP context.
  • Familiarity with Agile and product-led delivery models for enterprise platforms.

Obowiązki

Product Strategy & Ownership:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the SAP Business Data Cloud offering, from vision and roadmap through delivery, scaling, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and evolve a clear product strategy aligned to corporate objectives, SAP’s data and AI roadmap, and market demand.
  • Lead portfolio evaluation and optimization to ensure commercial viability, differentiation, and scalability.

Go-to-Market & Growth:

  • Partner with SAP practice leadership, marketing, and regional market leads to define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, value propositions, and sales enablement.
  • Support pipeline growth through repeatable solution patterns, pilots, and packaged offerings, accelerating time-to-value for clients.
  • Enable regional teams with messaging, solution positioning, and use-case-driven narratives grounded in business outcomes.

Market & Customer Insight:

  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to inform roadmap prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Translate client challenges into AI-led, data-driven use cases leveraging SAP BDC’s data products, insight apps, and embedded AI capabilities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring solutions are business-relevant, outcome-focused, and adoption-ready.

AI-Led Innovation:

  • Define and articulate AI-driven value propositions using SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Business AI, and complementary DXC Data & AI solutions and frameworks including DXC Xponential.
  • Leverage SAP’s native AI capabilities, Databricks integration, and zero-copy data access to enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI use cases.
  • Ensure solutions are built on trusted, governed, and semantically rich enterprise data to support responsible and scalable AI.

Ecosystem & Partner Integration:

  • Integrate and position strategic partner technologies within the SAP BDC offering including Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-create differentiated solutions and accelerate co-sell opportunities.
  • Stay current with SAP’s evolving architecture and ecosystem, and other emerging integrations supporting unified analytics and AI.

Delivery & Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (architecture, engineering, delivery, sales, and marketing) to bring solutions from concept to market.
  • Lead pilots, proof of value, and early client engagements, then scale successful solutions into repeatable delivery models.
  • Provide product leadership and direction while fostering collaboration across global and regional teams.
