The Intelligent Consulting Hub (ICH) Resources Team provides industry-specific business and technology consulting services to clients in Energy Downstream, Upstream, Fuel Retail, and Utilities. The team focuses on data analytics tools combined with state-of-the-art system infrastructure to support the intelligent enterprise.
Wymagania
- Experience working inside a business function within the Resources sector (Oil & Gas, Utilities, Chemicals, Mining or similar).
- Proven track record of identifying, shaping, or delivering AI or automation use cases such as workflow automation, document intelligence, forecasting.
- Ability to spot process inefficiencies and translate them into actionable AI opportunities.
- Working knowledge of modern AI technologies including copilots, agents, Agentic AI patterns, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), machine learning-enabled automation, low/no-code AI tools, and out-of-the-box AI platforms.
- Strong business data literacy in the industry domain, comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Strong interest in learning consulting methods; coaching on consulting skills, frameworks, and delivery practices will be provided.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (minimum C1).
- Proficiency in an additional language, especially German or French, is a strong asset.
Bonus if you have:
- Hands-on experience across the full product or solution lifecycle from PoV/MVP through pilot and go live.
- Experience with agile project management and related tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Project management certification (Prince, PMP, PSM, CSM).
Obowiązki
AI Use Case Discovery & Prioritization:
- Conduct workshops, map processes, and identify high impact AI and automation opportunities.
AI Enabled Process Improvement:
- Shape simple MVPs such as document intelligence, agent-based solutions, and workflow automation.
- Support iterative pilots.
Business Analysis & Value Assessment:

Define KPIs, estimate business impact, and support benefit tracking with stakeholders.

Partner with clients in the Resources sector to shape and deliver AI-enabled improvements.

Support pilots and help clients scale AI solutions across the organization.

Contribute to a wide range of Accenture and client initiatives beyond core AI work.
