Senior/ Staff Machine Learning Engineer

• 5+ years of hands-on machine learning engineering experience
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Krakow office (1 day per week)
• Hands-on experience deploying Python projects
• Strong experience writing high-quality Python code
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow
• Knowledge of Spark or other distributed data processing tools
• Experience with Kubernetes ecosystem as a user
• Strong experience with Azure and Docker
• Ability to work in a team and participate in design processes
• Good command of English (B2/C1)
• Strong communication skills

• Implement the end-to-end Machine Learning Lifecycle, including data preparation, experimentation, and continuous monitoring of data and models in production
• Develop PySpark data pipelines to load and transform large datasets for modeling and analytics
• Provision cloud resources supporting model development in AzureML using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Select appropriate architectural patterns to solve business problems
• Build robust and maintainable code in cloud and on-prem environments to deploy models quickly and reliably
• Establish a mature DevOps culture and develop reusable solutions across multiple business domains

The ability to work in a hybrid model from Krakow office is a must (1 day per week).
