App Ops

Infolet has been supporting IT leaders for 20 years by providing technology, experts, and full operational support, including legalization of residence and work for international IT specialists. They work on projects involving Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP specialists, mobile specialists, software testers, network and system administrators, among others.

• Experience in application operations / AppOps / application support roles
• Hands-on experience in application migration projects (e.g. data center migration)
• Strong scripting/database skills: PL/SQL or T-SQL; Perl / PowerShell / Bash / Shell / Python
• Understanding of high-availability systems and performance monitoring
• Understanding of transactional systems (preferably payment processing)
• Understanding of infrastructure and networking (load balancing, TLS, etc.)
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues in production environments
• Experience working in international environments with multiple stakeholders
• Very good communication skills
• Fluent Polish and English
• 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of PL/SQL, T-SQL, Perl, Python

• Confluence

• Act as AppOps for application migration within a data center migration program
• Administer, configure, and maintain applications in the payment card issuing and acquiring domain
• Monitor application environments to ensure performance, availability, and stability
• Support production systems by resolving incidents and problems
• Verify and implement changes delivered to production environments
• Collaborate closely with Application & Middleware teams on BAU activities
• Work with Project Managers to support build, test, and migration activities
• Identify and resolve technical issues and blockers during migration
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (Confluence)
• Cooperate with international teams and external vendors
