Transformation Senior Consultant - EU Institutions Specialisation

• 7–10+ years in public-sector consulting, EU funding programs, bid management, or project management.
• Experience managing EU or national public tenders.
• Proven delivery of complex transformation or regulatory projects.
• Experience working in international and consortium environments.
• Strong knowledge of EU procurement procedures and institutions.
• Proposal writing and analytical skills.
• Solid project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Degree in European Studies, Public Administration, International Relations, Law, Economics, Management, or similar.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluent in English and Polish; additional EU languages are an advantage.

Tender & Market Monitoring:

• Monitor EU and national public procurement platforms.
• Identify relevant project opportunities.
• Review tender documents and assess requirements, risks, and feasibility.
• Conduct bid/no-bid analysis.

Proposal & Bid Management:

• Manage the full bid preparation process.
• Develop proposal structures, timelines, and work plans.
• Ensure compliance with administrative, legal, technical, and financial requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, partners, and consortium members.
• Prepare or review technical, methodological, and financial proposal sections.

Client Engagement:

• Prepare and deliver presentations to EU institutions and public sector clients.
• Present the proposed methodology and project value.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Project Delivery:

• Lead awarded projects in line with EU contractual and company standards.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and governance.
• Monitor project budget, risks, and performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality outputs and effective client communication.
