The BTS Energy department focuses on international projects for leading clients in the energy sector.

• At least 2 years of experience in IT consulting, designing IT architectures, or implementing IT systems in enterprises, especially in the energy industry
• Experience in analysis, modeling, and process improvement
• Interest in the energy industry and its ongoing changes
• Knowledge of current market trends
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage business partners
• Proficiency in German and English
• Analytical thinking with ability to analyze processes and propose business-focused solutions

• Working as an independent consultant advising clients from the energy industry in digital transformation and digitization
• Multi-aspect analysis, modeling, and improvement of business processes, organizational structures, and clients' IT environments
• Defining appropriate IT solutions
• Preparing concepts, planning, and supporting the implementation of solutions
• Conducting presentations and workshops with clients
• Co-creating offers for clients
• Supporting clients in key processes in the energy industry
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced consultants and leading small consulting teams
