At Atlassian, the internship is part of the EMEA ABM & Demand Generation marketing organization focused on driving awareness, consideration, and demand for Atlassian solutions across key European, Middle Eastern, and African markets. The role supports regional programs that are coordinated, data-informed, and tuned to local customer needs.
Wymagania
- Enjoy organizing projects and managing multiple workstreams.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with different stakeholders.
- Curious about marketing campaign planning, localization, and measurement.
- Balance structure (processes, timelines) with creativity (messaging, content).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in timelines, assets, and reporting.
- Strong presentation skills to share campaign updates and insights.
- Bonus: Experience in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- Bonus: Ability to speak French.
- Currently enrolled in a 3-year bachelor degree program, returning after internship, graduating by June 2026.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing & Communications or similar.
- Able to commit to a 12-week full-time (40hrs/week) internship during Summer 2026.
Obowiązki
Support EMEA Campaign Execution:
- Support execution of EMEA marketing campaigns and events, coordinating delivery timelines, assets, and stakeholders.
- Partner with regional and global marketers to align activities with campaign strategy and objectives.
Track & Report on Campaign Performance:
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Prepare summaries or views to make performance easy to understand and act on.
Manage the EMEA Activity Calendar:
- Manage and maintain the EMEA activity calendar for visibility of key programs and milestones.
- Keep cross-functional partners informed of upcoming launches, campaigns, and activities.
Support Localisation & Global Coordination:
- Support localisation efforts and coordination with the global demand generation team.
- Work with regional stakeholders and agencies to adapt messaging and assets.
Analyse & Optimise Programs:
- Analyse past campaign results and regional insights to inform future planning and optimise programs.
- Identify patterns and opportunities to feed into future briefs and strategies.

- Competitive base pay in Poland: PLN 61,740 - 78,400.
