The Executive Programs team designs and delivers high-impact experiences for senior customer and internal audiences. They partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to run invite-only executive engagements and strategic recognition programs that deepen relationships, accelerate deals, and celebrate top performance.


Wymagania

  • Highly organized with ability to manage details, track multiple moving pieces, and keep lists, trackers, and documents up to date
  • Process-oriented, enjoys creating order, following playbooks, and improving workflows
  • Comfortable with tools and data; confident in spreadsheets and willing to learn Jira, Salesforce, Egencia, and other internal systems
  • Clear and professional communication skills, able to draft concise emails and interact respectfully with stakeholders
  • Service-minded, enjoys helping others and creating smooth experiences for attendees
  • Curious and proactive, eager to learn and raise issues when identified
  • Strong research skills and comfort with websites, event sites, LinkedIn, and attendee lists
  • Self-starter capable of working independently with check-ins for guidance
  • Currently enrolled in a 3-year bachelor degree program, returning after internship, graduating by June 2027
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, English, Communication, or similar
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Available for full-time internship during July to September 2026

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in event planning, student organizations, or hospitality roles
  • Experience working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and tracking tasks or projects
  • Experience in customer service, travel coordination, or administrative support
  • Interest in sales, marketing, events, or customer experience

Obowiązki

1. Executive Customer Engagement Programs:

  • Track invitations and RSVPs in systems such as Jira, spreadsheets, or other internal tools
  • Manage and update registration lists using Salesforce or similar CRM tools (training provided)
  • Coordinate swag and gifting by researching and sourcing options aligned with brief and budget
  • Partner with vendors on ordering and delivery details
  • Support assembling gift bags and kits; assist onsite if needed
  • Submit and track internal requests via Jira or other internal workflows
  • Maintain clean, accurate attendee and program records for reporting and post-event insights

2. Sales Recognition & Travel Coordination:

  • Assist with end-to-end travel coordination for trip winners and their guests
  • Help book flights and related travel using Egencia or similar corporate travel tools (training provided)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with attendees about travel options, changes, and confirmations
  • Maintain accurate travel trackers including key dates, destinations, and special requirements
  • Identify and help implement process improvements for travel coordination

General Responsibilities:

  • Support project timelines, task lists, and documentation in tools like Confluence, Jira, Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets
  • Contribute to post-program reporting and recaps such as attendance summaries, feedback, and simple dashboards
  • Bring a customer-first mindset to every interaction, internal or external

Inne informacje

This role is remote and candidates can be based anywhere in Poland. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a 3-year bachelor degree program and returning to the program after the internship, graduating by June 2027.
