AI Process Reinvention Executive (ICH Europe)

The Process Innovation Lab focuses on helping clients reinvent processes using big data, digital tools, functional expertise, and artificial intelligence.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in process transformation, operational excellence, or digital/AI-driven business change.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage project delivery end-to-end.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills, comfortable with C-suite and senior leadership.
• Ability to formulate and defend well-founded points of view on process redesign in the age of AI.
• Effective storytelling skills, both visual (PowerPoint) and oral, in English.
• Proactive ownership mindset, driving outcomes.
• Solid understanding of technology landscape relevant to process reinvention, including frameworks (LLM-powered copilots, autonomous agents, agentic architectures), GenAI & Agentic AI (n8n, Make, Zapier), Process Intelligence (Celonis, Signavio), Hyperautomation & RPA (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere), ERP architectures (SAP, Oracle), and integration/data pipeline concepts (APIs, ETL, data lakes).
• Attention to detail and analytical rigor.

Nice to have:

• Experience in professional services or consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one process area (P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R).
• Hands-on experience with listed tools.
• Experience with business development activities.
• Background in change management or organizational transformation.

• Take ownership of client engagements, leading teams to reinvent operations using AI-driven process transformation.
• Steer strategic direction of projects, challenge assumptions, and shape narratives for senior client stakeholders.
• Own client relationships, drive value realization, and ensure work translates into tangible business outcomes.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and ownership.
• Support business development efforts, including proposals, shaping offerings, and growing the practice.
• Work mostly remotely with occasional travel to client locations across Europe and other locations for short or long term.
