Engineering Manager, Mobile Delivery and Release Readiness

The Mobile Delivery and Release Readiness teams make releasing games to the Netflix platform seamless for internal and external game developers, managing pipelines that push games to App Stores and automated quality gates that provide confidence on every submission.

• Experience leading software engineering teams, including managing teams responsible for infrastructure such as CI/CD systems, SaaS platforms, and QA infrastructure.
• Familiarity with mobile app delivery ecosystems, including constraints, policies, and processes of publishing to App Store and Google Play.
• Curiosity about applying AI tooling to developer productivity and quality infrastructure.
• A product-oriented engineering mindset focused on the users of the tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-performing, psychologically safe teams and develop engineers across experience levels.
• Comfort operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, managing competing priorities and making decisions without full information.
• Strong communication skills across timezones and disciplines, able to speak credibly to engineers, product partners, and senior leadership.
• Curiosity about the games industry and building tools that empower game developers and cross-functional partners at scale.

• Drive a quality-first engineering culture across the release lifecycle, owning the automated systems that turn game submissions into clear, actionable readiness signals for developers, QA, and release teams.
