Engineering Project Manager

BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. The company has a team of 1,300 employees and operates in multiple countries including Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Spain, Armenia, Poland, and Serbia.

• At least 4 years of experience in IT
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Managing team experience
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro, OKRs
• Advanced verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of time management
• Decision making and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
• Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English

Nice to have:

• PMP, PSM or equivalent certificates
• Familiarity with or experience in Cloud & Infrastructure technologies: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloudflare
• Familiarity with or experience in Data technologies: ClickHouse, MySQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, Redis
• Familiarity with or experience in Messaging/Queues: Kafka, NATS, BullMQ
• Familiarity with or experience in CI/CD & Monitoring: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack

• Managing, monitoring, and forecasting project execution
• Time and efforts tracking, regular status reporting
• Team coordination
• Project risk management
• Maintaining project documentation

Important – On-Site Role in Warsaw, Poland. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. Candidates should be eager to relocate and grow their careers in Poland.
