Wymagania

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within IT services, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or software development
  • Experience selling project-based solutions (consulting, implementation, system integration)
  • Strong consultative sales skills
  • Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and proactive pipeline building
  • Fluent Lithuanian and English communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel within the region

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar platforms
  • Existing network within the Baltic IT or business ecosystem
  • Experience working with mid-sized or enterprise organizations
  • Experience collaborating with vendor sales teams

Obowiązki

  • Drive new business development across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia
  • Identify and approach target companies within defined industries and company sizes
  • Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold outreach and calling
  • Lead discovery meetings and consultative sales conversations
  • Identify Salesforce implementation opportunities and define project scope together with pre-sales and technical teams
  • Prepare and present tailored value propositions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management in CRM
  • Collaborate with internal outreach teams to refine messaging for local markets
  • Represent Noltic at industry events, conferences, and Salesforce-related roadshows
  • Run or co-host webinars and events in Lithuanian and/or English
  • Travel within the Baltics when required
