Wymagania
- Proven experience in B2B sales within IT services, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or software development
- Experience selling project-based solutions (consulting, implementation, system integration)
- Strong consultative sales skills
- Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and proactive pipeline building
- Fluent Lithuanian and English communication skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel within the region
Nice to have:
- Experience selling Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Existing network within the Baltic IT or business ecosystem
- Experience working with mid-sized or enterprise organizations
- Experience collaborating with vendor sales teams
Obowiązki
- Drive new business development across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia
- Identify and approach target companies within defined industries and company sizes
- Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold outreach and calling
- Lead discovery meetings and consultative sales conversations
- Identify Salesforce implementation opportunities and define project scope together with pre-sales and technical teams
- Prepare and present tailored value propositions
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
- Maintain accurate pipeline management in CRM
- Collaborate with internal outreach teams to refine messaging for local markets
- Represent Noltic at industry events, conferences, and Salesforce-related roadshows
- Run or co-host webinars and events in Lithuanian and/or English
- Travel within the Baltics when required
