Ansible Engineer / DevOps Automation Engineer

• Hands-on experience in Ansible system administration.
• Strong Ansible skills (AWX or AAP), including writing playbooks, using roles, and managing Ansible Galaxy.
• Solid understanding of YAML syntax.
• Proficiency in Python and Unix shell scripting (bash).
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus.
• Exposure to HashiCorp Vault is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (k8s).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

• Administer and manage Ansible systems (AWX or AAP).
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules for infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Write and review Unix shell scripts and automate repetitive operational tasks.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus.
• Integrate Ansible automation with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), HashiCorp Vault and/or Ansible Vault.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and security teams to ensure smooth deployments.
• Troubleshoot automation and deployment issues across environments.
• Maintain version control using Git and ensure adherence to automation best practices.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive improvements.
• Manage configuration drift, security compliance, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Ensure High Availability of Ansible infrastructure.
• Lead deliveries to meet committed timelines.
