Time Recording Coordinator (Dentons Business Services EMEA)

Dentons Business Services EMEA supports Dentons, the world's largest law firm, across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The team provides services including finance, IT, human resources, and marketing, focusing on efficiency, innovation, and collaboration.

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Elite or other financial systems
• Strong analytical thinking with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Expert knowledge of the legal and financial environment
• Ability to lead, delegate tasks, and supervise team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
• Customer-focused approach, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively under pressure

• Verification of Time Recorded and Released
• Chase timekeepers to record their time
• Timekeeper’s account activation, termination and maintenance in Elite
• Preparation of reports (Leaving Partner list, Rate Report)
• Coordination of assigned campaigns
• Participation in calls/discussions regarding process improvements and implementation of new systems
• Monitor and quality check of data (narratives) entered to the system
• Verification of time recorded to Temporary Matters
• Coordination of work with secretaries, partners, all timekeepers and other members of the Finance Team
