(Senior) Data & AI Consultant (Warsaw, Krakow, Poland)

Unit8's mission is to drive the adoption of AI and Data Science in non-digital industries and accelerate their digital transformation.

• 5-8 years of work experience in a leading management consultancy at the intersection of business and technology or equivalent corporate experience
• Experience advising clients on data-based topics including advanced analytics, machine learning, data platforms, and cloud
• Ability to quickly identify and prioritize business challenges and provide innovative and relevant solutions
• Skilled in building lasting relationships with clients and team members
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/computer science, engineering, business, mathematics, or natural sciences
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel mainly in Europe up to 15% of the time
• Eligible to register as a sole trader (self-employment) in Poland

• Consult clients on their path to become data-driven companies by assessing data and machine learning maturity and identifying data-driven use cases with implementation roadmaps
• Interact with clients to understand data-related challenges and related technical and business questions
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and IT architects on implementing data-based solutions and machine learning use cases
• Consult on implementation of critical enablers such as data governance, model governance, MLOps, and analytics centres of excellence
• Work directly with the head of Data & AI Consulting practice to co-develop growth strategy and new consulting offerings
• Contribute to business development by preparing and participating in industry conferences, workshops, and client sales meetings
• Support creation of white papers and industry thought leadership on data science and AI topics
