Senior Consultant (SuccessFactors)

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including hands-on implementation and application support.
• Strong background in analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR business processes within SuccessFactors.
• Experience managing or contributing to SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Valid SAP SuccessFactors certifications, ideally in multiple modules.
• Very good command of English or German (proficiency in both is a strong asset).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Provide technical support and develop SAP SuccessFactors solutions for international clients.
• Participate in requirements analysis, configuration, and testing activities according to client needs and project guidelines.
• Design concepts for new functionalities, advise clients on best practices, and implement recommended changes.
• Work closely with the international SuccessFactors team to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for client teams on SuccessFactors processes and functionalities.
• Prepare engaging presentation materials for client workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
