Programme Manager

Infolet has been supporting IT leaders for 20 years by providing technology, experts, and full operational support, including legalization of stay and work for international IT specialists. They work on projects involving Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP specialists, mobile specialists, software testers, network and system administrators, and others.

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager in large technology or data programmes
• Experience delivering complex, multi-team initiatives in global environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with programme governance, delivery frameworks, and reporting
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery teams
• Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience working in data, analytics, or data platform programmes

• Experience in large international or highly regulated organizations

• Knowledge of AgilePM, Jira, Confluence

• Languages: Polish, English

• Lead delivery of initiatives within a global data management and analytics programme
• Define and drive the programme delivery strategy, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Oversee execution roadmaps, adoption plans, and programme governance
• Collaborate with Product Owners, technology teams, and project managers to ensure delivery commitments are met
• Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes
• Monitor programme performance through KPIs / OKRs and delivery dashboards (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Coordinate cross-team activities across multiple locations
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams working on complex initiatives
