• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules such as Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.
• Experience in business requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to create functional documentation.
• Very good communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

• Collecting and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional solutions in Dynamics 365.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define the solution vision and development roadmap.
• Designing CRM system configuration including workflows, forms, dashboards, and processes.
• Preparing functional documentation and solution specifications.
• Cooperating with development teams during design and implementation phases.
• Participating in project workshops and refinement sessions.
• Supporting testing and deployment processes.
