CSOD Implementation Consultant

We operate in the IT sector. We support international companies from regulated industries (banking, finance, insurance, pharmaceuticals). We provide comprehensive quality assurance and implement modern HR platforms for employee management.

Must-have requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand Galaxy – at least one non-Core module: Learning, Performance & Succession, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning Experience
• Experience working directly with clients, facilitating meetings, presentations, and project workshops
• Business analysis skills - requirement gathering, process modelling, proposing system solutions
• English proficiency at C1 level - required for working in an international environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in the HCM domain or with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP LSO, Docebo, SumTotal, Moodle, etc.)
• Knowledge of IT tools and processes (ITIL, ticketing systems such as JIRA, SNOW, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience in testing or user support
• Experience and ability to write test scenarios
• Experience working in a validated environment / GxP

• Lead implementations of one or several CSOD Galaxy modules: Learning (Learn), Performance & Succession, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning Experience, Talent Marketplace
• Analyze client business processes and translate them into system solutions
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and system demos throughout the project
• Advise on HR/HCM best practices and support clients in designing optimal processes
• Configure the system, test changes, and support the client during UAT
• Closely collaborate with the development team and other consultants
• Support clients with ongoing questions and incidents related to the CSOD Galaxy platform
• Deliver product training sessions and perform configuration walkthroughs
