Senior AI Solutions Engineer (AI Agents & Automation)

• Strong experience building production software systems and working with modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
• Experience with programming languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, Python
• Experience with frameworks & runtime: Next.js, React, Node.js, Vercel AI SDK, Vercel Workflow Development Kit
• Experience with LLM providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, Groq, and 1 open source LLM
• Experience with agent patterns: RAG systems, Multi-agent orchestration, ReAct pattern, Tool calling, Agentic workflows
• Experience with state management: Durable execution, Conversation memory, Checkpointing, State persistence
• Experience with data & storage: Vector databases, PostgreSQL, Redis
• Experience with validation & type safety: Zod, TypeScript generics, JSON schemas
• Experience with frontend integration: useChat, useCompletion, useAssistant, Server-sent events, Streaming UI
• Experience with observability: Logging, Tracing, Telemetry, Performance monitoring
• Experience with testing & evaluation: Agent testing, Unit testing
• Experience with deployment & infrastructure: Vercel, Edge Functions, Serverless, API routes, Fluid Compute
• Experience with security: Input validation, Rate limiting, API key management, Output filtering, Token budgets
• Experience designing and implementing AI agents, automation workflows, or LLM-based systems
• Ability to think at a high architectural level and design scalable AI-powered solutions
• Experience working with enterprise clients or complex business environments
• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
• Experience working in SaaS companies or technology consultancies is a strong plus

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automation workflows
• Integrate AI systems with client environments (Slack, CRM, ticketing systems, internal tools)
• Work directly with clients to identify processes suitable for AI-driven automation
• Develop proof-of-concepts and demonstration solutions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create reusable AI service solutions
• Support the sales process through technical presentations and consulting
• Help define best practices for building scalable AI-driven systems
