• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as IBM BPM / IBM BAW Engineer or BPM Developer / BPM Engineer.
• Practical experience in designing and implementing business processes on IBM BPM / BAW platform (BPDs, human services, integration services, process design, workflows).
• Strong knowledge of BPMN (modeling of processes), plus familiarity with UI/workflow components (Coach Views / Human Services) is a plus.
• Experience in integration with external systems — REST and/or SOAP web services (JSON/XML), handling external API calls.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (for BPM UI / workflow customization) and/or Java (backend or process integration) is preferred.
• Knowledge of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries.
• Familiarity with version control (e.g. Git), basic dev tools, and optionally CI/CD — beneficial.
• Ability to document technical designs and process flows, and to collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Good communication skills, team-oriented mindset, proactivity and willingness to learn and grow.
