Power Automate + VBA Developer

• Knowledge of Power Automate (cloud flows): designing flows, conditions, loops, scopes, error handling; working with M365 connectors (at least SharePoint and Outlook).
• Good knowledge of VBA (Excel): macro modification, debugging, refactoring; working with data (import/export, processing sheets and files).
• Ability to diagnose errors and analyze logs (Power Automate run history, VBA messages).
• Knowledge of best practices: code readability, comments, versioning, working in environments.
• Independence, proactivity, and ability to deliver value quickly.
• Ability to translate technical issues into business language.
• Good work organization and asynchronous communication (remote work).
• English language proficiency enabling fluent communication.

• Design and implement new flows in Power Automate (automatic, instant, scheduled).
• Develop and modernize existing VBA macros.
• Integrate VBA solutions with cloud automation.
• Perform unit and integration tests (manual/semi-automated), prepare test data.
• Provide post-deployment support: quick fixes, monitoring, incident analysis.
• Work with team tools: Azure DevOps (backlog), Git (repository).
• Report progress (e.g., weekly status updates).

Work is for a fixed term: May, June, August, and September.
