Senior Python Developer

People More is a technology company working on projects for a large client base domestically and internationally. They build projects from scratch or partially, including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile, working directly with clients and partners worldwide.

• Minimum 7 - 8 years of professional experience in Python development
• Excellent knowledge of Python
• Strong algorithmic thinking and advanced problem-solving skills
• Experience designing complex and scalable software systems
• Ability to write clean, maintainable and well-structured code
• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Background in robotics, automation, or AI-driven systems
• Experience designing optimization algorithms or decision-making systems
• Experience working with data processing, heuristics, or intelligent systems
• Experience integrating systems using APIs or distributed architectures
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently

• Developing software for real robots solving real operational problems
• Designing scalable, maintainable software architectures used in robotic systems
• Creating advanced algorithms and logic that allow robots to handle diverse objects and operational scenarios
• Developing data-driven heuristics used in robotic decision-making
• Working on optimization and placement algorithms used in physical environments
• Designing and developing APIs and interfaces integrating robotic systems with warehouse management and enterprise platforms
• Testing and validating solutions both in simulation and directly on physical robotic platforms
• Collaborating with engineering teams to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
