SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d) – German speaking

x1F is a company operating in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environment, focusing on solution development and client support in SAP HCM modules such as Time Management, Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.

• Experience in ABAP development and solid understanding of the SAP HXM/HCM ecosystem.
• Knowledge of SAP UI5/Fiori is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
• Structured and independent working style with solid methodological knowledge.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and demonstrate reliability and continuity.
• Native-level German (C2) for seamless communication with clients.
• Fluent English for collaboration in an international environment.

Solution Development:

• Design, develop and support complex and customized solutions in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environment.
• Focus on Time Management (PT), Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM).
• Bring a strong, holistic understanding of the entire HCM module landscape.

Technology Use:

• Work with modern technologies such as ABAP, SAPUI5/Fiori, and customizing to implement complex requirements and develop existing applications.

Concept and Quality Work:

• Create technical concepts.
• Ensure quality standards.
• Conduct workshops.

Client Communication:

• Participate in weekly client meetings.
• Prepare status reports and documentation.
• Support clients on site if required.
