GenAI Strategy Consultant

GenAI Programme Consultant position is an opportunity to work on the most innovative and challenging projects in the digital space and the role of GenAI expert with senior managers within Deloitte CE.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar role in a digital environment.
• Strong track record of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced and complex projects independently or with minimal guidance.
• Critical and strategic thinking with analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems.
• Functional knowledge or passion in new digital technologies, especially in the field of GenAI.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken communication).
• Ability to work effectively with people at all functional areas in the organization (strategy, technology, design).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Nice to have:

• Working experience alongside developers and designers.
• Proficiency in Polish (written and spoken communication).

• Work independently, taking charge of distinct aspects of the project and coordinating initiatives.
• Prepare materials by gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and translating analyses into strategic directions.
• Share content with executive stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Present findings to senior colleagues and client stakeholders.
• Support execution of recommendations.
• Collaborate with different teams across the organization, including strategy, technology, and design representatives.
