• Practical knowledge of Java and the Selenium framework for UI test automation.
• Experience in API testing and automation.
• Familiarity with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) and tools such as Cucumber / Gherkin.
• Experience working with Jira and Xray for test lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (data verification, test environment preparation).
• Willingness to perform manual testing when required by the project.
• Openness to new technologies and interest in using AI in testing.

Nice to have:

• Experience in testing customer service–related systems, particularly in areas such as authorization and authentication.
• A proactive approach to using AI tools in QA work, e.g., for generating test data or assisting with writing test code.

• Creating, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for web applications in the customer service domain.
• Testing and automating API interfaces supporting web systems.
• Exploring and implementing new technologies, including AI-based solutions, to optimize and accelerate the testing process.
• Performing manual testing when required for quick bug verification or during specific stages of the project.
• Documenting test scenarios and reporting test results using Jira and Xray tools.
