Manual QA Tester (Web / DWH / Bots)

• Practical experience in manual testing of web applications (frontend / backend).
• Very good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle) and strong SQL querying skills.
• Good understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms in IT systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with large datasets (e.g., in the context of DWH / ETL processes).
• Ability to create non-standard test cases, especially for conversational systems and bots (understanding dialogue flow and alternative paths).
• Attention to detail, independence and strong work organization skills.

Nice to have:

• ISTQB certification (e.g., Foundation Level).
• Basic knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman).
• Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
• Familiarity with the Langfuse tool.

• Web application testing – verifying customer-facing systems, with particular focus on access paths, security, authentication (login, identity verification) and authorization (roles, permissions, access to functions).
• Working with Oracle databases – independently writing SQL queries to validate test results directly in the database and verify data correctness.
• Test data preparation – searching for and preparing appropriate customer profiles (with specific products, services or statuses) required to execute test scenarios.
• Data Warehouse testing (DWH / NCT) – verifying data feeding processes, mapping accuracy, data consistency and quality.
• Communication channels testing (Voice / Non-voice) – verifying the functionality of IVR systems, telebots, voicebots and chatbots, including business logic, decision paths and user experience.
• AI solutions testing – verifying content generated by LLM models and ensuring consistency with prompts, business requirements and input data.
