• Minimum 5–8 years of software development experience
• Experience using AI in development teams (e.g., tools supporting programming, testing, or work automation)
• Good knowledge of Java, Kotlin, or Python
• Experience with AWS
• Experience working on both new projects and legacy systems requiring modernization
• Use AI for development work (e.g., prompting, AI solution testing, quality assessment)
• Attention to data security and privacy
• Ability to share knowledge about AI

• Work on an e-commerce project related to introducing AI into the daily work of development teams
• Improve the software development process using AI
• Analyze team workflows, code quality, and delivery processes to identify areas for improvement

• Identify opportunities for using RAG and improving data quality
• Monitor the effects of AI implementations
• Share knowledge and build best practices related to AI use in the organization
