• Strong risk and controls background with expertise in control management, including design, implementation, and assessment.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles; familiarity with network security domains is a plus.
• Recognized certifications are an advantage.
• Proven experience working at an operational level in international environments, engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex tasks in fast-paced environments, handling ambiguity and change effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication.

• Define and maintain operational control instances, policies, standards, and procedures for cybersecurity.
• Work with Control Owners, 2LoD, and CCO Technology to ensure cybersecurity controls align with business and industry standards (e.g., NIST 800-53).
• Support stakeholders in ensuring control measurements comply with frameworks and best practices (e.g., CIS).
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure defined controls meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide input for stakeholder reports and ensure accurate measurement of control effectiveness.
• Assist in the design and maintenance of cybersecurity policies and standards across engineering, operations, and security assessment.
