SAP SD Consultant (Integration)

Bayer is rolling out a global S/4 HANA based ERP platform under the program named CORE. The SAP SD Consultant will be part of the Bayer Contract to Cash IT team managing this platform worldwide, focusing on Sales Order Management and Billing processes including integration to CRM platforms and eCommerce portals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years overall IT experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP module Sales & Distribution
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SD solutions
• Knowledge in SAP Rebate and Condition Contract Management or SAP S/4 BTP services, APIs, and integration tools is beneficial
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
• Previous experience working internationally or within cross-cultural teams is highly desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Design, implement, deploy, enhance and support the global template solution within S/4 SD for Bayer’s business processes worldwide
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement SD solutions aligned with business objectives and operational requirements
• Stay updated on SAP SD features, enhancements, and best practices to optimize and improve the S/4 HANA landscape
• Participate in support activities including incidents, Q&A, service requests, root-cause analysis, and bug fixing
• Manage and collaborate with external IT Operations suppliers as well as SAP
