Business Analytics & Reporting Manager (m/f)

For our Client, we are looking for candidates for Business Analytics & Reporting Manager.

• 5+ years in financial services, operations, or business analytics
• Strong experience in KPI development, reporting, and management information
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills, excellent PowerPoint for executive audiences
• Fluent English, additional languages a plus
• Analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
• Experience with headcount, budgeting, and cost management
• Familiarity with AI, data strategy, or data warehouse environments is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach

• Manage key operational data and KPIs, producing reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making at the executive level
• Develop Power BI and Excel visualizations and analyses combining productivity, cost, and business performance data
• Oversee budgeting, headcount planning, and unit-cost processes to drive efficiency and monitor deviations
• Coordinate data and AI initiatives, supporting transformation projects and process optimization
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for senior management, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Support cross-functional and global projects, ensuring consistent reporting, monitoring of key performance indicators, and decision-making support
