Application Support/ DevOps Engineer

• Experience working in second-line support for business applications in containerized environments.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, GitLab, and SQL Server.
• Very good maintenance and troubleshooting skills for Linux RH (Java, Tomcat) and Windows Server (IIS).
• Experience with monitoring tools: Zabbix, Grafana, including template development and configuration of triggers and alerts.
• English language proficiency at B2 level for daily collaboration with English-speaking teams via online meetings and correspondence.
• Polish language proficiency.

• Maintain continuity, updates, and troubleshooting of business applications in containerized environments.
• Independently resolve tickets related to Business Applications and Infrastructure; coordinate complex issues with vendors and ensure timely resolution.
• Automate deployment processes (CI/CD).
• Create technical documentation for newly implemented functionalities and services.
• Update the team's knowledge base with new cases after problem resolution.

Work mode is hybrid with 2 days per week in the office in Warsaw.
