Senior Python Developer

You will join an international team developing a platform for consolidating and reporting market risks for the financial sector. The system aggregates financial data and risks, transforms them, and generates reports on an enterprise scale. The role is purely backend, focusing on pipeline automation and data processing.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 7 years of experience working with Python in a production environment
• Good knowledge of SQL architecture and queries
• Experience with application architecture, security principles, code quality, testing, and CI/CD
• Knowledge of financial risk issues
• Experience with Python libraries: pandas, numpy, json, requests
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Experience processing data from formats: CSV, JSON, XML, Parquet, Avro
• Experience with REST API
• Experience with Continuous Integration (Jenkins)
• Experience with testing frameworks: unittest / pytest
• Knowledge of OLAP and MDX is welcome

• Design and build scalable data processing solutions
• Work with large volumes of data and create automated pipelines
• Develop backend components in Python with emphasis on pipeline automation and data processing
• Work in an Agile environment
