• Extensive experience in a Testing Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the financial services sector (banking products, services, and regulatory frameworks).
• Deep understanding of business continuity, crisis management, and cyber resilience, including recovery methods, supporting technologies, and documentation practices.
• Experience with large-scale banking technology environments and disaster recovery processes across both business and IT domains.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and recovery planning, with practical experience validating these areas in QA.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and validating business continuity plans, including tabletop exercises, scenario testing, and technology-focused recovery tests.
• Ability to design realistic disaster scenarios to assess the effectiveness of recovery strategies.
• Technical background in infrastructure and systems testing related to resilience and recovery capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex testing initiatives.
• Knowledge of banking regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to resilience and testing.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
• 6 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Agile, Banking, ISTQB, Test Management, MVB, Recovery Testing, Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery.
• English language proficiency.

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive testing strategy to support MVB capabilities and risk reduction initiatives from 2026 onward.
• Define detailed testing approaches that validate recovery processes and ensure the effectiveness of MVB response and recovery plans.
• Identify and manage dependencies required for successful testing delivery.
• Support the establishment of MVB testing processes and contribute to defining a long-term testing roadmap.
• Design and implement structured testing activities, including awareness testing, discrete tests, integrated exercises, and coordinated simulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop realistic disaster and crisis scenarios to validate recovery readiness.
• Continuously refine testing strategies based on feedback, lessons learned, and changing operational or regulatory requirements.
• Communicate testing strategies and results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment, engagement, and compliance with regulatory expectations.
