IAM Solution Architect & Developer (One Identity)

1dea is an IT consulting recruitment company providing services in acquiring top IT talents for its clients. It has been operating in the Polish market for over 8 years and is gradually expanding its services to Western European markets.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM, including at least 2 years as an Architect or Senior Developer in projects based on One Identity Manager.
• Very good knowledge of C# or VB.NET and the .NET environment, necessary for creating custom business logic within the platform.
• Deep knowledge of integrations: practical proficiency with databases (advanced SQL / T-SQL) and data exchange standards (Web Services, JSON, XML, REST).
• Analytical and consulting skills: ability to map complex business processes to specific technical solutions and conduct workshops with stakeholders.
• English: fluent in spoken and written, minimum C1+ level.

• Designing solution architecture: creating comprehensive system integration schemes (Solution Design) and defining role models (RBAC/ABAC) and identity automation processes.
• Custom Development: creating dedicated scripts, extensions, and custom forms in One Identity using C# and VB.NET.
• IGA process modeling: designing and implementing advanced approval workflows and compliance policies tailored to the client's regulatory specifics.
• Technical expertise: acting as an advisor to the client regarding the best integration paths (e.g., REST API, SCIM, Direct Connectors).
