Senior IT Test Manager (Banking Industry)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing within professional environments.
• Experience in a Test Manager role or with responsibilities related to test coordination and oversight.
• Strong SQL knowledge with practical experience in database testing.
• Hands-on experience in API testing.
• Experience working in Agile teams with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams focused on continuous improvement.
• Practical experience with test automation, including script development using Java and Selenium.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with or certification in Tricentis qTest.

• Work in a hybrid model with a minimum office presence of three days per week (locations: Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw).
• Analyze requirements and design testing and deployment processes aligned with banking quality standards.
• Contribute business and domain knowledge within the Scrum team to ensure solutions deliver real business value.
• Plan and execute tests across all stages of the testing lifecycle to guarantee stable and reliable implementations.
• Manage and track software defects, including reporting issues, assigning them for resolution, and verifying fixes.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new changes do not impact existing functionality.
• Develop and maintain automated test cases for Data Services (DS), Master Data Management (MDM), and APIs.
• Support quality improvements by collaborating with development and product teams throughout the delivery process.
