Senior SAP Consultant (Managing)

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP functional consulting, covering both implementation and support.
• Strong expertise in configuring SAP modules and end-to-end business processes.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing project delivery, ensuring objectives and timelines are consistently met.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring junior consultants.
• Experience in business process analysis, optimization, and project management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Fluent English is required; proficiency in German is considered a strong asset.

• Manage and support the development and enhancement of SAP modules for international clients.
• Participate in requirements analysis, system configuration, and testing in alignment with client needs and project guidelines.
• Develop concepts for new SAP solutions and implement agreed enhancements.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, test, and deliver significant new functionalities and improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on SAP best practices and roadmap planning.
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing solutions, drive continuous improvement, and support innovation initiatives.
