ServiceNow Engineer

EmergeSoft is a company with 12 years on the market, operating on 3 continents with 100 people onboard, 90% of whom are senior level. They handle 50 million transactions daily for a mobile wallet.

• Minimum 5 years in ServiceNow implementations, including at least 2 full cycles in CSM projects for multinational companies.
• Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow CSM module, administration, CMDB, and Workspace configuration.
• Solid experience in Scoped Applications and Configurable Workspace development.
• Proven ability to handle complex ServiceNow integrations.
• Good understanding of ITIL and experience working in Agile environments.
• Master’s Degree in IT or a related field (ServiceNow certifications are a major plus).
• Fluent English required.

• Own the technical design, development, unit testing, and production deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate directly with customers to clarify requirements and implement scoped applications.
• Ensure every solution is aligned with ServiceNow best practices and high-level architectural standards.
• Manage issue resolution from UAT to post Go-Live support, including data maintenance.
