Senior Engineering & Operations Consultant

The Engineering & Operations team handles recruitment processes for specialist, expert, and middle to senior management positions in industries including automotive, machinery, production, electronics, household appliances, FMCG (Food and Non-Food), transport, logistics, chemical, mining, construction, real estate, and energy, with a focus on renewable energy (OZE).

• Good knowledge of at least one of the following industries: automotive, machinery, production, electronics, FMCG (Food and Non-Food), transport, logistics, chemical, mining, construction, or energy.
• Experience in B2B service sales and negotiation.
• Experience in 360 and end-to-end recruitment.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

As a Consultant in the Engineering & Operations team:

• Search, identify, and contact candidates suitable for recruitment.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates in Polish and English.
• Develop business by actively acquiring clients (recruitment projects) and negotiate commercial terms and rates.
• Advise and support candidates during the recruitment process.
• Become an expert in the field and receive high placement bonuses.
