Senior SAP Consultant (VIM)

The role is based in Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, and Warszawa.

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules, particularly within SAP Financial Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions.
• Proven experience configuring SAP VIM systems.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system designs.
• Experience leading Accounts Payable workshops with client experts.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects, particularly in the context of VIM and P2P processes, is a strong advantage.
• Communicative level of English is required; knowledge of German is considered a great asset.

• Design, develop, and implement solutions that support automated and optimized business processes.
• Drive Vendor Invoice Management and digital content processing initiatives using SAP and OpenText technologies.
• Analyze, refine, and design end-to-end business processes to meet client requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Deliver best-practice consulting and provide expert guidance throughout all phases of VIM projects.
• Create and develop enhancement concepts that strengthen process automation and user experience.
• Work closely with clients to translate functional and technical requirements into effective, customer-specific solutions.
• Configure, customize, and implement process flows, including planning and executing system tests.
• Support VIM-related activities in SAP S/4HANA programs, ensuring alignment with new functionalities, process changes, and integration requirements.
