Engagement Manager (SAP, S/4 Hana Transformation)

• At least 5 years of project management experience in SAP environments, including S/4HANA transformation and greenfield implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology; certification preferred.
• Proven ability to manage executive-level stakeholders as well as delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile delivery methods and agile-at-scale frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
• Demonstrated financial accountability, including budget management and forecasting.
• Innovation-driven mindset with ability to navigate complex, fast-changing environments and deliver results under strict timelines.
• Fluent English is required; proficiency in German is considered a strong asset.

• Lead and manage S/4HANA transformation programs, including greenfield implementations and run services.
• Oversee projects and services end-to-end from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary client contact, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring clear, effective communication.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting with full financial accountability.
• Monitor and optimize service KPIs, ensuring ongoing operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, multinational, and distributed teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards while acting as a trusted advisor for clients.
