IT Support Specialist

Travelplanet.pl SA (Invia Group) is an e-commerce platform in Poland and a network of travel agencies offering a wide range of travel products. It is part of Wirtualna Polska Holding, Poland’s largest group of media and e-commerce companies, scaling impact across the CEE market with brands like Wakacje.pl and Invia.

• Min. High school education with a high school diploma
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and hardware
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
• Experience using Office365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Office online)
• English at a communicative level (B2)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of other operating systems (Apple, Linux)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune

• Management, maintenance and configuration of IT environment – Entra ID, Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), PBX, Intune, Azure services
• Management, maintenance and configuration of IT infrastructure – network, hardware, server OS and applications
• Participation in designing and deploying new services and technologies
• Provisioning, configuration and distribution of IT hardware
• IT inventory and stock audits
• Documentation of all systems, applications, services and processes
• Consulting function for team Office Management and end users
• Onboarding trainings, offboarding process (included in Employee support)
