Delivery Product Manager

Tidio is hiring for a Delivery Product Manager role based in Warsaw or Cracow with a hybrid work model (1-2 days per week in the office). The position involves working on an AI-powered product from concept through launch and scaling, with long-term ownership and direct collaboration with the client. The role is on a B2B contract.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, driving initiatives from concept to release, preferably with exposure to AI-driven products
• Ownership and focus on results, taking initiative and delivering tangible impact
• Ability to stay effective and deliver results in a fast-changing, multi-tasking environment
• Excellent communication skills to clearly present risks, trade-offs, and potential impacts to stakeholders and leadership
• Analytical thinking with understanding of business implications of delivery decisions
• Experience in e-commerce or Marketplace space

• Own end-to-end delivery of an AI-powered product from concept to launch and scaling
• Evolve and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment between product vision, technical feasibility, and timelines
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and internal partners to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and communicate trade-offs to guide business decisions
• Drive transparent communication of progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
• Contribute to shaping the product vision by exploring solution options, researching approaches, and validating directions
• Continuously adapt plans based on delivery insights, changing scope, and business priorities
