Project Management Office Specialist

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists based on B2B contracts, delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The client is a leading international financial institution, among the top three largest banks in Poland.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PMO / Project Coordinator / Project Analyst roles in large organizations (financial or technological environment preferred).
• Higher technical education (preferred fields: IT or related such as mathematics, econometrics, finance).
• Knowledge of project management standards and methodologies: Agile / Scrum / Prince2 / PMBOK / Waterfall.
• Ability to work with project management and reporting tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, Excel.
• Experience in preparing reports, progress analyses, schedules, and KPI indicators.
• Knowledge of budget management, risk, change management, and project documentation.
• Ability to work in matrix structures, communication skills, and proactive approach.
• English - fluent communication.
• Preferred certifications: PMO, Prince2, AgilePM, PSM, ITIL.

• Support in managing the portfolio of projects implemented in the organization.
• Monitoring project progress, schedules, and identifying and reporting risks.
• Preparing periodic project reports (status, financial, and operational).
• Supporting planning and control of project budgets, forecasts, and costs.
• Managing project documentation and its development in tools such as Confluence and SharePoint.
• Preparing analyses and summaries for management based on project data and KPIs.
• Ongoing cooperation with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and IT and business teams.
• Participation in project meetings and selected Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, review).
• Supporting preparation of projects for audits and ensuring compliance with internal organizational standards.
• Participation in the development of PMO standards and implementation of good project management practices.
