Senior IT Engineer - Remote

• Expert-level proficiency in administering and securing major SaaS platforms, specifically Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Strong experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cloud-based file/storage solutions.
• Deep working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence administration and configuration.
• Proven ability to manage complex organizational and permission structures within Notion and GitHub, including SSO setup and repository access control.
• Solid knowledge of MDM solutions (JumpCloud) and enterprise password management (1Password).
• Experience operating within formal security standards like ISO 27001 and understanding of endpoint detection and response (EDR) concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for task automation and productivity.
• Practical experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate administrative and maintenance tasks.
• Autonomous with ability to prioritize complex backlogs independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication.
• Security minded with understanding of security frameworks and MDM.

• Provide advanced remote IT service management and operations with a focus on root cause analysis and a person-first service delivery approach.
• Partner with the Head of IT to design, execute, and document projects that scale global IT infrastructure focusing on efficiency, stability, and standardization.
• Take full ownership of key operational SaaS systems including administration, optimization, and life-cycle management for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Descope, Atlassian Suite (JIRA/Confluence), Notion, and GitHub.
• Maintain operational adherence to ISO frameworks and implement endpoint security including Mobile Device Management (MDM), enterprise password solutions, and regular access audits enforcing Zero Trust principles.
• Identify manual processes and leverage AI tools and scripting (Python, PowerShell, shell scripting) to automate workflows and enhance IT delivery speed.
