Data Engineer

At Pretius, we are looking for Data Engineer to an international project within the fuel industry.

• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing and maintaining data pipelines and data processing workflows supporting enterprise and analytics and reporting
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Cloud-Native (data loading, querying, and validation)
• Strong background in building data pipelines using Apache Airflow
• Solid experience working with Cloud Data Platforms and Services (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake or equivalent)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing and analytics
• Previous experience working in international teams
• Good knowledge of English language (min. B2), with the ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment

• Collaborate with a Data Engineers teams to implement shared standards, reusable components and best practices
• Work closely with multiple workstreams to ensure efficient coordination and timely delivery of migration activities
• Analyze business processes and translate them into clear and actionable data requirements
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing
