Wymagania
- Higher education in IT, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis and reports development using Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and DAX.
- Ability to work with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience in preparing and interpreting business reports.
- Understanding of business KPIs (e.g., sales, marketing, finance).
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric (pipelines, notebooks) and Microsoft Azure (Data Lake, Synapse, Azure SQL).
- Programming skills in Python.
- Experience integrating data from ERP/CRM systems.
- Knowledge of data modeling and report performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Power Platform services (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Obowiązki
- Analyze business data and build insightful dashboards and reports in Power BI for various departments.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
- Develop and optimize data models, custom measures, and calculated columns using DAX.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL Server, Excel, APIs) and transform it into coherent reporting structures.
- Present analytical findings in a clear and actionable format to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure data quality and effective data collection.
- Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing business processes through data-driven insights.
