Quality & EHS System Engineer

Our Client is a top OEM supplier to globally recognised wind power companies, focusing on providing exceptional products, services, and solutions for the wind power industry, power electronics, and new energy automobiles. They operate high-tech production and research facilities in China, Vietnam, and Poland.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in quality system management, internal auditing, or IMS operation in manufacturing enterprises.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience in manufacturing industries; familiarity with metal materials such as copper, aluminum, and steel is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 is a plus.
• Solid understanding of CAPA, document control, audit processes, and IMS.
• Experience with quality tools including FMEA, 5Why, PDCA, and 8D.
• Experience in the implementation of systems.

• Establish, implement, and maintain the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Administer all environmental related matters including BDO, Kobize, and chemical registration.
• Create, review, and maintain system-level documentation such as procedures, instructions, and forms.
• Plan, organize, conduct, and report on internal audits and management reviews.
• Initiate and track corrective and preventive actions.
• Communicate with certification bodies, regulatory agencies, customers, and auditors.
• Provide training on quality, environment, and occupational health and safety.
• Identify risks and opportunities in the IMS and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare system performance reports including audit summaries and management review inputs.
• Ensure fire protection and occupational health and safety compliance in daily activities.
